"Missing" of the four variables, vPD2, vPD3, vPD5, and vPD7, has been recoded as 990. "Other", 991. "All", 992. "None at all", 994. "It's hard to say", 995. "No opinion", 996. "Skip", 997. "Don't know", 998. "Refuse to answer", and 999. "Missing" due to the codes of important policy and issue have been used up.
