1. The sample id (variable name is "id") is recoded as 8 digits due to combind the 2019's panel data conveniently. The original sample id in 7 digits renamed from "ID" to "id2".
2. The interviewer's id renamed from "NO" to "no".
3. Several interviewees' birth year and month (variable "vP2gp2a" and "vP2gp2b")  have been confirmed and corrected according the interview in 2020's panel survey .
4. Adding two variable: (1) "AGE" for the interviee's age on the staring day of 2018 survey (June 30, 2018). (2) "AGE_2018_voting_day" for the interviee's age on the voting day of Taiwan's 2018 election (November 24, 2018).
5. The code 90. "Other", 91. "All", 92. "None at all", 94. "It's hard to say", 95. "No opinion", 96. "Skip", 97. "Don't know", 98. "Refuse to answer," and 99. "Missing" of the four variables, vPD2, vPD3, vPD5, and vPD7, has been recoded as 990. "Other", 991. "All", 992. "None at all", 994. "It's hard to say", 995. "No opinion", 996. "Skip", 997. "Don't know", 998. "Refuse to answer", and 999. "Missing" due to the codes of important policy and issue have been used up.
